I remember this one, too! What a hoot! What I really remember was watching it on TV in central Indiana on a very stormy night...I remember the 'Tornado Warning' interruptions and Mom being very anxious. To this day she says she believes a funnel cloud went very near the house that night because of the noise...and I was just annoyed because of the interruptions.
We videotaped it once when the Disney channel had it in their line up; I've watched it a bunch (my kids loved it when they were small), but I still think of high winds and anxious moments first when it comes to mind.
OMG, I used to love this! Great midcentury graphics! Thanks for reminding me!
ReplyDeleteIt's available on DVD... :-)
ReplyDeleteI picked it up a couple of years ago, and still enjoy watching it every few months. We just got an HD TV, and WOW, the graphics really pop.
