I am thrilled this is a Paris trend. I have many corduroy jackets: black, green and orange. And, I am in the market for a velvet jacket. I tried the Jcrew one and none of their colours did much for me. I just found the BR one in that gorgeous aubergine colour. It is sitting in my BR cart just waiting for me to find a 30% off code.:-)
ReplyDeletelove that...recently acquired a gorgeous burgundy/aubergine color velvet Ralph Lauren jacket that I've yet to pull out and wear. I do believe it is time...and to go through my scarves and find something lovely to pair with it :)

ReplyDeleteErin - Ralph Lauren makes some really nice jackets. The nice thing about that burgundy/aubergine color is that it really works well with so many other colors.
