It sounded like much of his treatment required incessant advocacy/vigilance, too; what a horrible thing to add to an already nightmare situation. She has her comments off, but I hope she has lots of support from family and friends during this sad time.
I read that yesterday and simply could not get it out of my head. I have been lavishing extra love on my boy ever since.
