In other Very Good News, last week Wendy Brandes won the Fashion Group International Rising Star award in the Fine Jewelry category!! You can read about it from Wendy here and here. She wore a dress designed by Stacy Lomman (another Rising Star finalist in the Women's Apparel category). I have two pieces of Wendy's jewelry, my custom re-designed engagement ring, and the lovely Diana necklace, engraved with my signature. Congratulations to Wendy on this well-deserved recognition!
For those of you who weren't able to snag this J.Crew Leopard Tippi sweater when it was introduced last fall (sold out fast) it's now back in stock, and as of this writing it's currently still available in all sizes offered.
This sweater is really a winner: flattering, lightweight, and work-appropriate. (Looks great under a blazer too.)
And to wrap up this edition of Very Good News, the last couple of weeks it's been snowing in the Colorado Rockies! We're getting ready for our annual ski week, and until recently I was starting to worry that there would be less schuss and more (muddy) slush. #beentheredonethatnofun
One week from today I'll be hitting the slopes. Think Snow!!
