Spotted...

Lands' End
I'm really loving the sleek loafer trend for fall.  Especially in Leopard!

Paul Green (tried these on...SO comfortable!)
Nine West
Sam Edelman

Christian Louboutin (a girl can dream...)

And finally, for those for whom "more of a good thing" is never enough, leopard print AND studs...

  1. Believe it or not, Lands End also has a similar pair. They're all great (though the stud version would be too much for me)

    1. @frugalscholar, thanks for the tip! Just added them. I've had LE shoes in the past and found them to be well made for the price.

  2. Inevitably, the pair I like are the Louboutins. The others have far too low a heel, and the prints are off. I have been considering a pair of animal print Belgian loafers for years, and then saw a couple online at Opening Ceremony that are quite fun-with neon tassels. May be my fall purchase this year, as my wardrobe is in pretty good shape for a change.

  3. I vote for les Louboutin as well. How much are they I wonder? I saw JCrew has a pretty pair too this fall, but without the leopard print. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

  4. wow! clone leopard loafers. I am impressed by the similarities. Only a trained eye (like our's) can see the difference.
I bet many men would aks "Why did you post the same shoe over and over again?" :-)

  5. DSW also had these!! I have seen them several places with different brands like you have here!

  6. I have a pair of leopard ballerinas, thought I bought thinking I might never wear. That was 3 summers ago, and it seems I'm always putting them on, as they perk up simple outfits. I'm not a fan of animal prints, but somehow on my feet I like them. Love these Louboutins of course - they got them just right.

  8. When I first started playing around with style I was attracted to animal prints but it didn't last. I do like animal prints on others.

  9. I love the leopard booties I got last year and I can hardly wait to start wearing them this fall. The loafers are probably more useful though. I like the leopard and studs best!

  10. I got a pair of Taryn Rose leopard shoes that are beyond comfortable and so well made. They are not a loafer, but for a shoe that you can wear all day on a trip, they are amazing. I got mine for our trip to Paris in the Fall.

  11. I love loafers but it's so cold here that mine get boxed up after August.

  12. These are very cute! But I'm guessing it wouldn't surprise you to know that I might require a little heel...

  13. I have a pair of leopard printed loafers from Sperry, about 2 years old now. Love them! They have a bit of black patent leather trim and are so comfy. And way cheaper than Loubies, I'm sure.

  16. I meant to ask, is it possible to keep the calf hair from balding? I love my leopard ballet flats (J.Crew collection) but they are losing their fur.

    1. @Anonymous, in my experience that seems to come with the territory with calf hair. It's usually caused by rubbing; I try to avoid driving in calf hair shoes as it wears on the driving heel. Or is the finish just losing hair overall? If so, I'm not sure what to suggest.

    2. Thanks, it is contact wear rather than a mystery overall hair loss ;)

  17. I received the LE catlog last week and marked those shoes. I have been looking for those for years. Was trying to figure a way to order without anyone noticing.

  18. You wicked temptress you! I just wore out my cheap Target leopard print skimmers, but I'm loving the leopard print so much I was thinking of shopping for the next pair- and here's a big menu of tasty loafs to chew on! xo. -Bella Q
